Simon Bennett has over 40+ years' experience of investment banking and capital markets, having held senior positions with a number of leading firms including Citibank, Credit Agricole and Sanlam Securities.  He has a wealth of experience in advising growing companies, in international and domestic equity and debt markets, on takeovers and mergers, fund raisings, acquisitions, disposals and public to private transactions.  In 2004 he established Incremental Capital LLP to provide corporate finance and other advice to mid-cap and small-cap companies.  A chartered accountant, he is currently a non-executive director of Inland Homes Plc, the AIM quoted house builder and developer of brownfield sites where he is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.  He is Chairman of the fast growing Grown Up Chocolate Company, the UK manufacturer of quality handmade chocolates, as well as being a director of a number of other private companies. 

Simon Bloomfield founded Glenmill in 2014, and can draw on 40+ years' experience of business, financial markets and corporate communications, advising UK and international companies across a broad range of sectors.  He spent the last 20 years as a Principal and Director of Bankside Consultants, acting for mid-cap and small-cap companies for equity and debt transactions and other situations including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions (including contested bids), private equity and pre-IPO deals, board and shareholder disputes, and change and crisis management.  A chartered accountant, he spent 5 years with Cazenove & Co in corporate finance after 2 years as an investment analyst.
